Program/Project Management

  • Program Management Support – Assist programs improve their performance and effectiveness by assessing and enhancing their strategies, processes, and procedures, advising program leaders on ways to improve coordination and planning of program management activities, and developing approaches and criteria by which results and outcomes can be measured.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) – Provide a practical framework for defining, creating, implementing, and managing an appropriate, effective project support function. We can quickly recognize what is working and what more can be done to assure that your organization's project management office creates value and not overhead.
  • Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) – Provide a proprietary methodology and decision analytics tools for identifying, analyzing multiple alternatives, and selecting a preferred solution in accordance to Part 7 (Section 300) of the OMB Circular A-11, and Appendix A of GSA’s IT Budget Submission Instructions.
  • Provide a proprietary methodology for conducting Operational Assessments and examining the performance of the operational (or steady state) portion of an investment, measuring that performance against an established set of performance parameters, and examining opportunities for improvement in operational performance. In conducting OAs we measure Customer Results, Strategic and Business Results, Financial Performance, and Innovation.
